I founded IMT on the belief that learning is durable when it's interactive and imbued with emotion. Over my 20 year career in learning, I have worked with academic institutions, corporate partners and everyone in between. The best work has always come from collaboration, iterative design thinking and an agile mindset.
IMT is obsessed with innovating and delivering customer value, working in small self-organizing teams, and collaborating with our network of like minded individuals. We pride ourselves on being platform agnostic and open to wherever the design process takes us.

Creating engaging content has always been a passion of mine. I have over a decade of experience developing enthralling
E-learning with a myriad of interactive elements, including; video, animation, games, podcasts, simulations, and VR.
IMT always approaches projects from a "learner's first" perspective, and always delivers an experience that far exceeds the expectations of traditional E-Learning to make sure the information sticks with learner long after the training has been completed.
